Remodel / Renovation / Relocation

Water intrusion originating from the Master Bathroom caused damage to finishes and structural components, extending to the Bar area below. The Master Bathroom will undergo a full remodel to enhance functionality and address all water-damaged materials. Scope includes removal and replacement of existing finishes, fixtures, and millwork as required, with layout modifications to improve usability and compliance with current construction standards. The Bar area will retain existing plumbing locations. Scope includes replacement of base and wall cabinetry, new flooring installation, and repair of affected ceiling and sheetrock surfaces to match existing adjacent finishes. All work to be completed per code and manufacturer specifications.
