Upstairs - Replace existing copper water lines and plumbing with new pvc plumbing/ pex water lines - New pvc plumbing to existing upstairs bathroom with pex water lines to sink and shower, new pex water lines to and pvc to kitchen sink and dish washer. New insulation and drywall to be installed upstairs. Replace old greenway flexible conduit wire with romex wire. New kitchen cabinets to be installed with lvp flooring. Downstairs - Replace existing copper water lines and plumbing with pvc plumbing/ pex water lines. Replace existing water heater and water softener with new ones. Add rough plumbing for future bathroom. Replace existing old greenway flexible conduit wire with romex wire.
