Roof as follows: 1. Tear off the existing TPO Roof Membrane, Insulation & EPDM Membrane down to the existing Metal Deck. 2. Haul all debris on a daily basis to an authorized landfill. 3. Install two (2) layers of 2.1” Polyisocyanurate Roof Insulation with and R-value of 24. (mech. fast.) Add tapered crickets between all scupper locations. 4. Install an 80-mil Carlisle TPO Rhino-bond (TAN) Roof System per Manufacturer’s instructions. 5. Remove and re-use existing sheet metal perimeter cap, and roof related flashings. 6. Install new cover plates to match existing sheet metal. 7. Install new 24 Ga prefinished scuppers & re-use downspout. 8. Includes all necessary permits and fees. 9. Bid includes a 30-year No Dollar Limit Warranty. 10. Any Mechanical or Electrical disconnect or reconnect will be by others 11. Remove any Mechanical Equipment that is no longer in service. 12. Install foam supports at gas lines as required
