Remove and replace siding on rear wall of house. Remove existing dining room window. Frame new, larger opening and install new window. Convert existing screen porch to living space by framing new exterior wall on existing foundation, moving existing exterior door to new wall, and installing two additional windows. Expand opening width between existing living room and screen porch. Frame and install new gas fireplace. Remove and replace kitchen island and sink.
