Bathroom - Remove and dispose of existing door, trim, jamb, vanity, toilet, tub/shower combo, fixtures, base trim, transition strip, and flooring. o Save toilet for reuse. - Widen doorway to accommodate new 36” door. o Relocate light switch. - Provide backing behind toilet for drop down grab bars as needed. - Adjust plumbing/drainage to accommodate new walk-in tub and roll-under vanity. - Patch and paint effected walls. - Install new walk-in bathtub – 30”x60”. o Tub to include handheld shower wand and grab bars. - Install new solid surface surround from top of tub up to ceiling. o Include waterproofing and caulk/silicone all joints/edges. - Prepare floor for new flooring. - Install new vinyl plank flooring – 35 sqft. - Install new roll-under vanity – 36”x20”. o Top to include built in sink, backsplash, and new faucet. o Caulk/silicone as needed. - Install new base trim in bathroom and adjust base trim in hallway. *Paint - The paint will match existing color as close as possible and wil
