Addition added foundation and new roof line. remodel. Bathroom (see layout) - Remove and dispose of existing door, trim, casing, base trim, shower tile, shower fixtures, flooring, and light fixture. - Remove and save toilet for reuse. - Remove and dispose of sheetrock and framing for shower, bathroom, and ceiling. - Raise ceiling to be level with bedroom. - Build up flooring to match with new bedroom flooring and main level of home. - Relocate plumbing to accommodate new bathtub, vanity, and toilet. - Frame new walls to accommodate new bathroom size – 5’x10’. o Leave openings to accommodate new 36” door and ceiling track. - Frame new wall for linen closet – 3’. o Leave opening for new 24” door. - Relocate/add electrical outlets and switches to follow code regulations within the bathroom. - Pull electrical needed for new can lights and vanity light. - Sheetrock, tape, mud, and paint new ceiling and bathroom walls. - Install (2) recessed can lights. - Install new accessible vinyl plank f
