build maintenance free 12x12 deck. Deck is 94 inches off the ground. Stair system set to be 48 inches wide. Approx 12-13 steps. Planning to use diamond pier type footings with 50in pins. All framing components are to be 2x10 treated lumber. Joist spacing 16” OC for deck, and 12” OC for stairway. Trex rocky harbor decking and westbury aluminum rail systems. Deck to have a 2’ cantilever, over a 2ply 2x10 beam supported by 3, 6x6 posts.
