Residential Building Permit

Building/Adding a 12'x12' 3 season porch onto the back side of their patio home. Adding 5 footings and framing up the walls with a vaulted ceiling. Framing to include a 2 1/2' wall all around and leave the rest open for screen material. Electrical being added for outlets, ceiling fan and light. Siding and shingling the exterior.
