Main floor_Replace kitchen cabinets. Remove added wall between bathroom and kitchen in center room adjacent to living room. Open up double framed wall from the 3' opening to an aprox. In the double 2x4 wall construction currently there, kitchen is not structural but the living side is and will be headed out with three 2x8-8' spf glued and screwed together for the 8' archway. Replace bath vanity and stool in bath. Update pluming to meet code as per plumber.. Up date electrical as per code/ electrician with goal of obtaining rental license. Restore and replace floor covering/ wood floor. Patch and repair plaster as needed. Stucco basement foundation walls. Tile basement floor. Paint through out. . Sand existing wood floors through out remainder of main floor. Update electrical/wiring as needed, add Co2 and smoke detectors as needed. Basement_ Leave exsisting stairs and add egress window on west wall on south end. Frame new wall at base of steps and add door to create a 2nd bedroom. Remov
