Project Summary Provide and install new DWV (Drain, Waste & Vent) rough-in for one (1) bathroom group and one (1) kitchen area, plus one (1) laundry standpipe/washer box. Work includes tying into an existing 4” waste stack and installing a horizontal wet vent system for the bathroom group in accordance with applicable plumbing code and local requirements. ? Scope of Work (DWV Rough-In) 1) Tie-In to Existing System • Locate and verify tie-in point at existing 4” stack. • Cut in and install required fittings/transition connections. • Provide new branch connection(s) and directional changes as needed to serve new fixtures. 2) Bathroom Group DWV (Horizontal Wet Vent) • Rough-in DWV for one (1) bathroom group (typical: toilet, lavatory sink, shower/tub). • Install new horizontal drainage and vent piping configured as a wet-vented bathroom group (as allowed by code). • Set stub-outs to rough-in locations and elevations for finish connections. 3) Laundry Standpipe / Washer Box • Install one (
