Commercial Demolition Permit

Interior selective demo of existing flooring, some acoustical ceilings, certain cabinetry, and a few walls to make way for new added walls and updated finishes. Electrical within areas to be demolished will be safely removed or tied up along with the finish demo process. This permit is for demolition work only; separate permits are required for re-finish work. Any work completed beyond the demolition prior to re-build permit issuance may result in stop work order posted and investigation fees applied to the re-build permit price.
