Demolition of interior walls/space Interior demolition of some non-bearing walls and finishes in building to prep for new construction. This permit is for demolition work only; separate permits required for re- finish work. Any work completed beyond the demolition prior to re-build permit issuance may result in stop work order posted and investigation fees applied to the re-build permit price.
