Replace all mortar and sealant joints associated with exterior granite retaining wall. Remove exterior granite steps, repair and compact sand bed, reset granite steps. Provide new backer rod and sealant at all joints. Clean and stain removal of all granite retaining wall and granite steps. Patching of granite. Remove and replace concrete curb and sidewalk where noted. Remove and replace all concrete ramp walks. Replace sealant joints in concrete sidewalks where noted. Remove metal hand and guard rails and provide to Owner. Owner to restore and return railings to contractor. Contractor to re-install.
