Commercial Building Permit

This permit serves as an approval to construct footings and foundation up to grade only. This is not an approval and should not be considered as an approval for the building as a whole, including architectural, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Work beyond footing and foundations may result in a stop-work order posting and additional investigation fees. This permit shall allow the contactor to proceed at their own risk, and if portions of the work require correction to comply with code, implementation of those corrections will be mandatory. Special inspections are required for any soil corrections work and for concrete/reinforcement verification.
