Interior and exterior remodel of an existing B-occupancy building. Scope of demolition includes removal of interior partitions, doors, windows, casework, ceilings, lighting, and finishes throughout the designated area of work. Minimal demolition will occur at the front façade, with efforts focused on preserving the original brick wall assembly while removing the existing aluminum storefront system. The rear façade will be fully removed. The newly constructed space will include new partitions, casework, countertops, furniture, equipment, ACT ceiling tiles, doors and hardware, plumbing fixtures, and updated finishes.
