Remodel of B-occupancy metal building to F- 1/S-1 occupancy vehicle paint shop and service garage. Primarily interior remodel with replacing of one exterior door, minor grading and site work, and adding a fence to the property. New remodeled floor plan consists of: garage, paint spray booth, mechanical room, unisex restroom, break room and office. Paint spray booth within remodel is a pre-fabricated, fire-rated unit. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection will be contracted directly by owner as design/build work, including adding of fire suppression system.
