Partial reroof of warehouse. Removal of existing EPDM membrane and EPS insulation down to the old BUR roof system. Remove old BUR roof system and leave existing insulation in place. Add one layer of 3" EPS insulation to bring to code. Install a Carlisle 60 MIL EPMD ballast single ply roof system. Install required Carlisle roof accessories and flashings. Install new sheet metal as required.
