Remodel apartment 1: move Kitchen from existing location into the Dining Room. Close off existing doorway between Kitchen and Dining and relocate opening to the Pantry. Add a wall to create a Pantry and close off to create the new Common Laundry Room. This project will bring in new cabinetry and appliances. Eventually, the bedrooms, living room and bathroom will have a refresh. Wood floors will be refinished; walls painted; lighting and plumbing fixtures replaced.
