Interior remodel for new St. Cloud Dispensary tenant. Demo of a few walls, soffits as shown in the attached plans. Removal of all flooring, cabinetry, and a few areas of acoustical ceilings for new wall framing. Wall framing as drawn, with new finishes throughout. Mechanical/electrical to pull respective permits. No plumbing required. 3400sf of space getting touched, with the bulk of the work occurring on the west half of the space. New floor plan layout to consist of: 2 vestibules, waiting area, reception, men's and women's restrooms, 2 offices, breakroom, showroom, point of sale, fulfillment and vault.
