Building Improvement Project- Adding Exterior Windows and Doors to the Building. Tenant Improvement Project on the 1st and 2nd Level Northwest Corner of Midtown Square Mall. Renovate existing suite 105 - create demising walls for 3 smaller tenant spaces. Suite 105A - Swim school for all ages consisting of reception area, waiting area, 2 changing rooms, shower, pool, 2 staff changing rooms, mechanical room and men's & women's restrooms. Suite 105C - Consists of inflatable jump/slide equipment room and arcade game room. Other tenant space (105B) currently vacant. Remodel suite 205 - create demising walls to make 2 smaller tenant spaces currently vacant. Existing wood framed interior walls shall be removed. New non-load bearing metal stud framing throughout TI's. Existing MEP to remain. Existing restrooms in common spaces to remain.
