Commercial Building Permit

Interior remodel for new tenants on 1st level in southwest corner of Midtown Square Mall. Renovate suite 140 for new grocery store. Grocery store to consist of: retail area, office and dry storage room. Renovate suite 142 for new axe throwing venue. Axe throwing venue to consist of: seating area, kitchen and electrical room. No work in other tenant spaces or corridors will be done under this permit. Separate permits are required for those spaces.
