This permit serves as an approval to construct footings and foundation up to grade only. This is not an approval and should not be considered as an approval for the building as a whole, including architectural, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Permit holder of this permit is liable for any changes to footing/foundation if needed to meet approval of full building permit. An additional Building Permit (CBLD24-0058) will not be issued to continue construction above grade until plan review has been completed and approved by the City of St. Cloud Building Safety Department.
