Residential Building Permit

We plan on turning a coat closet and a laundry closet into a laundry area, small coat closet and a half bathroom. Framing will only consist of moving the interior divider wall and added another to make three separate areas, and door locations and sizes. We will also be replacing the existing kitchen cabinets and removing carpet and install vinyl planking in these areas
