Site looked good. EC in place (bio logs). Site sign up. Using existing driveway until demo is complete or no longer sufficient. No IP at this time (weather). Pre demo photos uploaded in PDox. Gas and electric disconnected. Per Water Resources: Per City records, a well is located on site. A well sealing document or proof of no-well per a site search by a licensed well contractor will be required for the new home permit to be issued.
