Building

Will be removing bearing wall in the kitchen and living room, install rafter ties 2"x8" LVL, in the lving room and kicthen area, will also build a pony wall in the kitchen, build railing around the staris that goes into the basement between the kitchen and living room, in the back porch has existing sliding door with small pictures windows on top, will build a 18 inch wall and replace the sliding door will use the same headers.
