Scope Description – 5th Floor Bathroom Remodel Remodel of existing 5th floor bathrooms to accommodate a new plumbing fixture layout and orientation. Demolition and removal of existing plumbing fixtures, associated piping, and appurtenances as required to facilitate the new layout. Rework of domestic water, sanitary, and vent piping to align with revised fixture locations. Installation of new plumbing fixtures per updated drawings, including all required valves, supports, and connections. Provide and install a new drinking fountain, including domestic water supply, sanitary waste connection, and any required venting modifications.
