Rebuild after fire in kitchen This home suffered a fire that was isolated in the kitchen, no real structure damage, mainly smoke damage. In the kitchen is majority of work which includes running a few new electrical lines, 4-5 new recessed lights, plumbing locations stay the same, will need to plumb in sink, dishwasher, and fridge. Ceiling sheetrock and insulation, two walls sheetrock and insulation/vapor barrier. New cabinets and countertops, with tile backsplash. Installing new microwave, vented.
