Tear off existing vinyl siding. New gutters and downs are getting installed, so existing can be discarded. Remove and patch over existing gable vent. OSB provided. Wrap house in Tyvek. Install new Market Square dutchlap siding in Espresso in all areas except the front gables. Install Clay vinyl shakes in the front gables with a 2x6 white aluminum wrapped band board below. 1 Clay corner to be installed in the Shake area on the front bump out. Install white center vent soffit and white prebent fascia. Wrap 1 window and 1 door on the right side in white aluminum. 2 story house in back. Park dumpster on the right side of the driveway. Production Note: Electrician needed for lights and outlets RPU is electric utility
