This project involves renovation of the existing basement area, which sustained water damage. The work will include demolition of damaged materials, repair and/or replacement of affected structural and finish components, and installation of updated electrical lighting fixtures. This list includes, insulation on exterior walls, drywall, painting and flooring, carpentry. This project also consists of a complete interior remodel of the existing kitchen. The work will include removal of existing finishes and fixtures, installation of new cabinetry, countertops, appliances, lighting, and finishes. Plumbing and electrical systems will be updated to meet current code standards. No changes will be made to the existing structural walls or exterior openings. There will be one doorway thats currently on a shared wall with the kitchen and bedroom that will be framed in. | Other
