Open permits from another contractor exist for remodeling (3) bathrooms with "Ok to cover" We plan to finish them from there. We also want to split the large 2nd floor bedroom #3 in half to create bedroom #4. Install (2) tempered windows in bathroom on the mainfloor and 2nd floor Install 1 window in place of the door at the top of the stairs 2nd floor. Install 1 egress window in bedroom #3 & #4. Install 1 wall in the basement family room separating from the office. | Other
