Laundry Room Remodel and expansion.  There is a covered porch. We will demo the existing laundry room . We will then move the exterior wall of the current laundry room to the edge of the current stoop underneath the current soffit . No roof is necessary.  1. Demo.  2. Frame bump out onto existing laundry room  3. Electrical rough in (inspection) 4. HVAC rough in (inspection)  5 . Plumbing stays in same spot. (New valves)  6. Framing and insulation inspection.  7. Drywall  8. Tape and mud  9. Paint .  10. Cabinets  11. Floor (tile)  12. New trim.  13. All final inspections. | Other
