Remove shingles along wall runs on front and rear of garage. Remove shingles around chimney. Inspect sheeting and replace if rotten. While torn off remove sheet to install 75 sq ft of insolation in to attic space above front door and entry way only. Install new Ice & Water on wall runs and install new shingle flashing walls with new step tins. Tie into upper roof in the valleys and install new ridge cap as needed. (see photos)
