Replacing roofing on the whole house. Installing new underlayment on the whole house and garage. The main portion of the house and garage are getting Class 3 Asphalt shingles - Name( Atlas Castlebrook Black Shadow Architectural Roofing Shingles). The added part of the house with a slope of 3/12 will be reroofed with a (36" Pro-Rib Charcoal Black Steel Panels. The roof will have two layers of ice and water from the lowest spot and #30 Felt roofing underlayment used as underlayment on both the house and garage roofs.  The chimney will be demoed  below roof grade and sheated because its not used for a fireplace or any ventilation exit points.
