Residential Building (Alteration)

Remodeling a basement that flooded, due to a waterline breaking. The new basement will be finished and include a bedroom w/egress window, closet, bathroom, mechanical room, and Laundry area. The basement is 21'x40', with 8-foot ceilings. We will also have to wrap the cantilever on the first floor to be able to insulate it and have it heated, for water lines running under it.
