Residential Building (Alteration)

Window replacement: 1) Replacing windows with like windows in the bathroom(1) and the mainfloor bedroom (2). -Non rental, replacing like sized double hungs with like sized vinyl double hungs. -The bathroom double hung will be tempered top and bottom sahes. Bathroom: 2)Remodeling mainfloor (only) bathroom with a new fiberglass tub/shower unit to take the place of a old cast iron tub and tile wall unit. -The new unit is fiberglass and same size (5 ft) -We will replace the old bath fan with a new unit also. -Vanity, toilet and door to stay in the same locations and not replaced.
