Remove existing EIFS from building. Inspect sheathing, replace as needed if damaged. Install new insulated Zip sheathing over all areas EIFS was removed. Install new prefinished fiber cement siding. Parapet cap will also be removed to replace any rotted lumber or sheathing. Access points in roof to refill cavity insulation in truss space. Lastly paint exterior rock faced block to match new siding
