Replace existing overhead service with new underground service. Install 6 new meter mains on exterior of building, install new sub panels to feed units inside. Replace existing 60 amp meter mains with 100 amp. Each unit only has one 20 amp circuit and a range circuit for 300sq ft efficiency units. House main to be 200 amp to carry 2 washers and 2 electric dryers and common basement load. Install 6 individual service laterals to pedestal.
