Utility Excavation Permit

Bore (1) 2" HDPE conduit containing 288CT fiber cable, (2) 2" HDPE conduit containing coax, and (1) empty 2" HDPE conduit at 36" and 72" depths as noted on drawings. Install new 2'x3' and 3'x4' handholes. Restore work area to original condition. Please see prints for further details. Roving Distance is approximately 40,40 and 120 for bike lane, sidewalk and traffic lane.
