Need a general construction permit. - Update main level powder room with new LVP flooring, bath fan, toilet, pedestal sink and faucet. - kitchen remodel: Remove 2 non-bearing wing walls between dining room and kitchen. New cabinets, countertops, flooring and fixtures. All appliances in same location. - New back entry door for kitchen. - Add benches, cabinets and hooks to existing mud room area. Basement: Reframe interior non-load bearing wall between laundry and rec room. It is goofy with built in shelving. Sheetrock, mud and tape existing walls and ceiling in rec room and hall. Carpet in rec room, hall and stairs. 3 new interior doors. *MP&E trades to pull their own permits
