Residential Building Remodel by Licensed Contractor

A) Extract all existing insulation B) Install air chutes in every truss space where accessible. C) Apply 1.5"Closed cell spray foam on attic floor to reach R-10 D) Remove and replace all bath fan exhaust fan ducts with R-8 insulation ducting as needed. E) Install blown in Cellulose over foam to reach a R-50. F) Build cardboard around access. G) Install a R-49 Fiberglass batt to back side of access and cover with house wrap seal access with caulk or weather strip H) DRILL AND FILL slants with cellulose (240 sq ft)
