Utility Excavation Permit

Lumen will replace existing poles at the back of Grotto St N on the alley ROW between Iowa Ave W and Arlington Ave W. Lumen will also replace poles in the alley ROW of Nebraska Ave W between Avon St N and Grotto St N. Note: 3 Separate blocks had work done in the alley running north and south from Iowa to Arlington Note: 1 Separate work zones in the easement behind houses from Grotto to Victoria and south of Montana and North of W Nebraska
