Residential Building Remodel by Licensed Contractor

This project includes interior framing and drywall work only. In the basement, a new full bathroom area will be framed, along with a separate shower area located outside of the bathroom. Two new closets will also be framed and finished in the basement. On the upper level, a new full bathroom area will be framed and drywalled. No structural changes. Portion of construction will be in the residential area of the mixed use building. Occupancy group is R-3 dwelling unit which is attached to an A-3 religious use.
