Obstruction Permit

The Inspector's Note was updated: Inspector’s Note: Contractor must perform this work on March 17, 2026, between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, only if the Sewer Division has completed their project at this location. The contractor must coordinate any actions with the Sewer contractor (Bruce White – 612-225-0041; Brandon Lefebvre – 612-201-2363). The contractor must install and remove traffic control devices in a timely manner. The contractor must also inform residents and businesses about this road restriction and notify Metro Transit (kimberly.stine@metrotransit.org). Remove all temporary traffic control devices immediately after the work is completed. Description: Crane will be set up on grand avenue blocking east bound traffic and sidewalk on that side, detour will be provided requesting 12pm to 3pm see traffic plan
