Commercial Building Roof

Remove approximately 14 squares of existing rubber roofing and underlying insulation down to the roof deck. Install new ISO insulation board to meet the required R-value in accordance with Minnesota Commercial Energy Code. Install new fully adhered TPO membrane roofing system. Reinstall and/or replace cap flashing and roof scuppers as needed. Scope includes the lower L-shaped section of the roof. All work will be completed in compliance with applicable Minnesota Building and Roofing Codes.
