Residential Deck

Scope of Work: Full demolition and removal of an existing deck and construction of a new 8' x 4' treated wood deck with stairs, elevated approximately 5' 8" above grade. Foundation: New Diamond Pier system footings. Framing: All pressure-treated structural members including 6x6 main posts and 2x8 floor joists. Decking & Stairs: Pressure-treated wood decking and stair treads/risers built per submitted plan. Railing: Pressure-treated wood railing system installed to code.
