Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
On April 30, 2020, Employee # 1 was admitted to the hospital for symptoms of COVID-19. On June 2, 2020, Employee # 1 died of an infection and symptoms attributed to COVID-19. Employee # 1 worked overseeing the daily operation of a rehabilitation center, and did not provide direct patient care. However, Employee # 1 was exposed to residents and patients daily.
