Employee is crushed while clearing trees
At 11:00 p.m. on April 25, 2020, Employee # 1 was clearing small trees from the company's property. He was crushed by the wind shield of the ASV-80 Skid steer he was operating when the skid steer flipped forward. He died. Upon discovery, the bucket attachment (mulcher) was raised, and the skid steer was located in a small wooded area and at a slight decline. There were no witnesses to the accident. Weather was not a factor and the ground was dry because it had not rained that day.
