Employee falls from truck and later dies at hospital
At 10:00 a.m. on October 24, 2017, an employee was washing his truck cab's windshield while standing on the truck engine. The employee fell out of the truck and struck his head on the concrete surface at gas station. The employee was found unconscious by a coworker and Emergency Services transported the employee to the hospital. The employee died on October 25, 2017, as a result of severe head trauma.
