Employee Is Electrocuted
At approximately 11:30 on October 12, 2011, Employee #1 and Coworker #1 were wor king for their employer at a bank. The elevated outdoor sign on the exterior of the bank was malfunctioning, and the two employees were investigating the cause of the malfunction. Employee #1 opened a side access panel for the 120 volt sign , while Coworker #1 stayed outside of the access panel and handed Employee #1 to ols and other items. Employee #1 was electrocuted.
