Emloyee Is Killed When Run over by Compactor
On June 28, 2010, Employee #1 was operating a compactor and was later found unde r the compactor. Employee #1 was killed. The employee was not working for the em ployer at the time of accident. The employer did not know and did not authorize the employee to operate the compactor.
